What is mediation?

Condominiums (condos) have large numbers of people living under the same roof, which inevitably leads to conflict. There are existing laws that govern condos and in addition, condo boards are also permitted to create their own rules and regulations, making conflict resolution challenging as it is not as simple as either following existing laws and subsequent bylaws. Mediation can help to bring real concerns to the surface and address them from a collaborative perspective, saving time, money and relationships.
